Most condensers on today’s trucks are manufactured as parallel-flow style. These condensers have flat tubes instead of
cylindrical pipes for refrigerant flow, and are designed to efficiently remove the “heat” from the refrigerant. If contaminates
get trapped, parallel-flow type condensers are unflushable due to the small passages inside the flat tubes. Therefore, when
replacing the compressor, it is also necessary to replace the condenser.
