Service Connect, exclusively from Rush Truck Centers, is a state-of-the-art online communication
system that provides customers an on-demand, 360-degree view of the service process for vehicles
in our service departments, and a single portal to track repairs done at other service facilities.
The system also provides a complete service history of work done at all Rush Truck Centers across
the country and other out-of-network service providers that have shared service history integration
with the truck and engine manufacturers. With Service Connect, you can request service, review
and approve repair orders, ask questions and send and receive attachments.
